Outdoor Market Is a Hit with all Generations

You can find  fresh produce, baked items, flowers dog treats and doll clothes at this Huron Township market.

The markets run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. the third Sunday of each month from June through November at 37236 Huron River Drive in downtown New Boston. 

Visitors can choose from candles, honey, homemade jellies and canned foods and craft artisans with soaps, birdhouses, outdoor art, jewelry and even fresh  lemonade homemade by the local Cub Scout Club is available.

 In September, Liberty Butterfly School will return with a monarch release. A Young Entrepreneur Booth is one of the market’s newest attractions. A different young salesperson will be featured at each market.

Organizer Johan Sutton said.“Our historical museum will be open for tours and it has a lot of things donated by township residents.I thought it would be a great opportunity to do the same thing here at our market,” 

Live entertainment will be featured at every event.
