The Pinnacle area is 300 plus acres of prime property located in Huron Township between Sibley Road and Pennsylvania Road. These pristine parcels, which are not like any other properties available in this area, include already installed sewer, water, power as well as a currently under construction paved road, with close proximity to the expressway and Metro Airport.
Recently, a bid went out for the phase one of infrastructure upgrades in the Pinnacle area. This first phase will start December/January pending weather and will include sewer improvements.
The second bid going out from Wayne County will be for expansion of Wayne/ Wahrman road between Pennsylvania and Sibley during the latter part of 2013.
The final bid will go out for expansion to three lanes on Sibley between Wayne/Wahrman and 275 the interchange. It is expected that all of these improvements will be totally completed by May 2014.
“We will expect to see a lot of interest in these properties,” said LDFA chairman R.P. Lilly, “There really are no other properties available in Michigan that are more ready for business, in a great location, in a beautiful township with a dedicated group who are eager to make progress.”
